Herr & Sacco is experienced in a wide variety of methods and materials to fabricate and install industrial piping and skid systems. Welding processes include sanitary, orbital, flux-core, MIG, and TIG. Our field and shop projects include alloy steels, stainless steel, AL6XN, titanium, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, aluminum, copper, and plastics. This includes sanitary materials and piping with specialized coatings.

Process equipment, including ASME and National Board code pressure vessels, can be incorporated into turnkey modular piping systems or fabricated as a section of a larger piping network. Fabrication capabilities include bending, drilling, and rolling. Examples of custom piping applications include food or chemical processing, cooling manifolds, and CIP skids and transfer panels. Finished piping spools can be media blasted and painted to customer specifications, as requested.
